Russia honours Narendra Modi with its highest award “Order of St. Andrew the Apostle”

Russia honoured Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi with its highest civilian award “Order of St. Andrew the Apostle” for his exceptional services in promoting bilateral special and privileged strategic partnership between Russia and Republic of India. The highest civilian honour was conferred upon PM Narendra Modi by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
