Manohar Parrikar passed away at 63 after battling pancreatic cancer

Manohar Parrikar, four times Chief Minister of Goa passed away on 17^th march after a year-long battle with pancreatic cancer. He had been unwell for the past few months as he was diagnosed with pancreatic ailment. He in January had said that he will serve Goa till his last breath and he rightly kept his words. Parrikar made public appearances for official work with a medical paraphernalia –a nasogastric tube in his nose despite been critically ill.
