Located in front of the Traffic Cent of Souillac, La Glace Italiana Pizza e Lasagne is a very small restaurant specialising in Italian specials like Pizza Soumon or Pizza Orit and Pasta, Lasagne, Spaghetti and Macheroni with additional ingredients like Oubergin.
Review: 7/10.
The Vegetariana pizza was decent. The crust was a bit hard, not just biscuity but thick as well, which I didn’t like. For the price you’re paying though, it’s incredible value for money. The other pizzas in the photos are the 4 Formaggi and the Pizza Camaron.
The atmosphere is almost surreal. In which other restaurant can you have a corner shop experience with the dough being ‘beloed’, the ingredients added and cooked in front of you. Accompanied in the background by a YouTube Autoplay playlist.
By far, the best thing was the drinks. Nothing better than ice crushed watermelon or pineapple juice to lift your spirits in the 30°C heat of Souillac. Definitely a must to check this place out if you’re in the area!
