Natalia uploaded several photos of the gender reveal celebration on to the social media platform and wrote: ‘Most of us got it right!! We are waiting for a boy.
‘And his name says everything we feel for his life: MATTEO means gift/gift from God!
‘He is from the first day of the discovery of pregnancy was and we know that will always be present and blessing in our lives! We are very happy!’ [sic]
Alisson and Natalia tied the knot four years ago and had their first child, Helena, back in 2017.
The Brazil international has made 31 appearances for Liverpool this season, keeping 15 clean sheets and conceding 22 goals.
He and his Liverpool team-mates will be looking to return to winning ways against Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon following two draws in their previous two matches.
