Paulo Dybala is ‘getting closer to a move to Real Madrid this summer’ after becoming frustrated at his peripheral role with Juventus.

The arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo from Madrid last summer altered the make-up of the Italian champions’ attack and Dybala has had to adapt to coming in and out of the side, often finding himself frustrated on the bench.

With just seven minutes of action in the recent 3-0 win over Sassuolo, Spanish publication AS report that Dybala is being courted by Ronaldo’s previous employer as they look to revitalise an ageing side.

The report says that Madrid chief Florentino Perez is a huge admirer of Dybala ever since the attacker dismantled Barcelona a couple of seasons ago.

‘It is even considered that the club could make an offer for him this summer of about 120 million euros,’ AS continue

Madrid are looking to rival Juventus in the Champions League this season as they look to win it for a fourth consecutive year.

But change is afoot with Los Blancos and potential summer departures for Isco and Gareth Bale would see 25-year-old Dybala become a key target if a disharmony continues in Turin.

Dybala has not been shy in expressing his frustrations at his situation at the Allianz Stadium having left the bench before the final whistle during the 3-3 home draw against Parma recently.

The Argentine apologised, a move praised by boss Massimiliano Allegri, but behind the scenes it has caused a stir and is only likely to fuel talk of an exit.

Allegri looked to nip speculation in the bud speaking to the media recently, laughing off talk the player is unhappy or angling for an exit.

“Sometimes you try to find things that do not exist,’ he said.

‘I laugh when I read certain things but people like to fill their mouths. I listen and enjoy it.’
