Joe Hart has revealed the results of a gruelling workout schedule through a series of Instagram posts as he searches for a new club.
Hart is a free agent after being released by Burnley back in June at the end of his contract at Turf Moor.
The former England No 1, a veteran of four international tournaments and two-time Premier League champion with Manchester City, has spent lockdown building his strength in a bid to find a new club.

Hart said on his Instagram post: ‘With hard work and trust in yourself there are no limits’
Hart shared a series of impressive workout pictures that showed off his gym-honed physique to his 1.2million Instagram followers.
The 33-year-old’s caption read: ‘All I can do at this moment is push the guy in the mirror…. You dream. You plan. You reach.
‘There will be obstacles. There will be doubters. There will be mistakes. But with hard work, with belief, with confidence and trust in yourself and those around you, there are no limits.’
The shots were taken by Sharon Latham – Manchester City’s former club photographer.
Latham left the club at the same time Hart went on loan to Torino, following Pep Guardiola’s arrival at The Etihad in 2016.

Hart, who has played 75 times for England, left Torino to play for West Ham before joining Burnley in 2018.
However, the impressive form of Nick Pope restricted his opportunities this season. Hart has played just three times – all in cup competitions – since that fateful Boxing Day in 2018 when Everton slotted five goals past him.
That was the turning point in Hart’s Burnley career as Sean Dyche replaced him with Tom Heaton and then Pope this season.
It didn’t help his case that Burnley subsequently embarked on an eight-match unbeaten run – winning five – with Heaton between the posts.
The goalkeeper has been linked with Celtic, Leeds and West Brom as well as the MLS
Hart has since been linked with a move to Celtic, Leeds and West Brom. The out of favour goalkeeper was also on the radar of Arsenal before Emiliano Martinez endeared himself to Arsenal in their FA Cup victory against Chelsea.
Sheffield United could another potential destination as they may need to replace Dean Henderson, should he return to Old Trafford from his loan deal.
Former England team-mate David Beckham could also hand Hart the chance to move abroad as a transfer to new MLS outfit Inter Miami has been mooted.
