Indian PM Narendra Modi lists assets worth 2.5 Crore in his election affidavit

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently filed an affidavit. It stated that he had assets worth Rs. 2.5 Crore including a plot in Gujarat’s Gandhinagar. This includes fixed deposit of 1.27 Crore and Rs 38,750 cash in hand. The affidavit was recently filed with Election Commission of India.

He declared movable assets worth Rs 1.41 Crore and immovable assets valued at 1.1 Crore. His savings in bank account is Rs 4,143. He has invested Rs. 20000 in infra saving bonds, 1.9 lakh in LIC policies and Rs 7.6 lakh in National Saving Certificate. Besides…
