I like to reassess and set goals each month for fitness, golf and work. It helps give me focus and helps me stay motivated! My personal goal for Feb is to really smash my fitness so I can protect my back and be ready to compete in March. .

Everyone is different, but for me, it’s about writing out a good plan and schedule. Once I have it written out I find it a lot easier to stick to! .

That said, it’s a lot more motivating when it’s warm outside! This was me on Jan 1st messing around doing some core work on the rocks 💪
