Hi everyone! I’ve maintained a bit of radio silence as I took today off to just have some me time… Well… Me-time always include some household chores and stuff but at least i took some time to read my book in between. I also attempted a tutorial on YouTube on how to paint a koi fish but don’t hold your breath… 😂 The guy was going way too fast for me so I’m afraid it doesn’t quite resemble the image I was going for. Not as polished as I was hoping for but at least I tried. 😂 That’s the important part I guess. I also managed a quick walk on the beach with hubby before the sun set so I can at least tick ✅ the beach box for the day. The wind is still cold and we’re once again due for a massive anticyclonic weather system which makes me despair as I am sorely longing for sunny beach days. 😏
Anyhow, everything is still pretty ok in my world. The girl-child and the befriend had to go check in at work for a day or 2 so the house is quiet for a bit until they return on Saturday. A bit of a breather in the madness.
