@LakazMaman is BBC MasterChef champion @ShelinaCooks Permalloo’s first restaurant. However, unlike the sophisticated dishes on the show, defined as they were by that #Mauritian twist that helped set her apart from the rest of the competition, the menu here revolves around the more simpler street food concept of #Mauritius. As such, the food has all the hallmarks of the various cultural cuisines known for making up the exotically exciting food of the island, with, of course, Shelina’s trademark innovation.
