Eddie Jones put his England squad through their paces on Wednesday morning as they begun preparations for Six Nations clash against France.
Owen Farrell and Co had their strength and conditioning put to the test as the England stars were seen sprinting with resistance bands and medicine balls.
The England players broke up into groups and worked through various training routines, including power jumps, as their next Six Nations match edges closer.

Cameras picked up the words on a sheet England coach Jones was inspecting during the training session at Pennyhill Park.
The word ‘bodyball’ was circled and had arrows pointing to specific players in England’s forward and back units.
It is unclear whether this is a potential leak of tactics or simply referring to a training drill.
The England coach will hope his men can lay down another marker of intent with another impressive victory after beating holders Ireland in their opening fixture last weekend.

England host France at Twickenham this Sunday and are expecting a tough test after Jacques Brunel’s men ran Wales close in their first Six Nations match.
There was no Maro Itoje during Wednesday’s training session with England confirming this week the lock will miss matches against France and Wales but could be available later on in the tournament after suffering medial ligament damage in the 32-20 victory over Ireland.
Itoje’s Saracens team-mate Nick Isiekwe was called into England’s 35-man training squad assembled for preparation of Sunday’s visit of France.
