Aymeric Laporte’s goal at Everton was 15th time Manchester City have scored with first shot on target this season… so, where does your team rank?

Manchester City returned to the top of the Premier League on Wednesday night — and their clinical finishing in front of goal has been at the heart of another brilliant campaign under Pep Guardiola.
City currently lead Liverpool on goal difference following their 2-0 win over Everton at Goodison Park, though the Reds have a game in hand on their rivals.
Aymeric Laporte and Gabriel Jesus scored in the dying moments of each half on Wednesday night to down Everton — and ensure City continued their incredible record in front of goal.
Aymeric Laporte scored the first of Manchester City’s two goals in their win over Everton
Pep Guardiola’s side have now scored with their first shot on target in 15 matches this season
Laporte’s header was the first time the visitors had tested Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and as so often this season, it resulted in a goal.
City have scored with their first shot on target in 15 Premier League games this season — six more than any other side.
Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Manchester United and Watford are the next most clinical teams with nine, while Arsenal and Liverpool have scored with their first shot on target eight times.
Fulham have scored with their first shot on target three times – level only with Southampton
Fulham and Southampton, by contrast, have done it only three times — the joint worst in the division and one fewer than bottom side Huddersfield.
Everton failed to find a way past City stopper Ederson on Wednesday night but they have scored with their first shot on target in seven different matches this season.
But following defeat by City they sit ninth with only three wins coming in their last 13 league games.
