Bayern Munich fan tries to take Joshua Kimmich’s shirt from a child after defender had thrown top to youngster following win over Schalke

  • Bayern Munich beat Schalke 3-1 in the Bundesliga on Saturday afternoon 
  • Joshua Kimmich went to throw his shirt to a child holding a sign asking for it
  • Another fan leaned over and snatched the shirt out of the hands of the youngster

A Bayern Munich supporter embarrassed himself when he tried to steal a football shirt out of the hands of a child following the club’s victory over Schalke on Saturday.

Joshua Kimmich made his way over to a section of the stands when he spotted a young fan holding a hand written sign asking for his shirt. 

The full-back proceeded to remove his shirt and attempt to throw it to the youngster.

Surrounding fans quickly point out that the shirt was for the youngster and not him

However, one over-zealous man, who perhaps had not noticed the kid in front of him, leaned over and snatched the top before it reached him.

He was quickly made aware of his mistake by those surrounding him before smiling and handing the top to its intended recipient.

By the looks of his reaction it seems it was an innocent mistake but the fans sitting nearby were clearly not impressed.
