A slightly euphoric Utthita Hasta Padangustasana after morning Pranayama… the ocean air makes it perfect here for breathing exercises. Two of my favourites : Kapalabhati (or fire breath), which is not only an immediate energy boost since it oxigenates the blood but also has a huge amount of proven health benefits, and Nasi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), which calms the nervous system and is perfect for immediate stress relief or to get to sleep.
