Swansea are through to the play-off final after a tense 1-1 draw against Barnsley that saw them over the line 2-1 on aggregate.

A superb curling strike from Matt Grimes gave the Swans the lead in the first half, and despite Cauley Woodrow’s fine first-time effort that levelled proceedings, Steve Cooper’s men hung on to clinch victory over two legs.

Barnsley may feel aggrieved as they had the lion’s share of attacking possession, mustering 12 shots on goal to Swansea’s four.
