Help Avinash get back his health

I am Avinash, 32 years old from Curepipe. I was in good health but my life got completely affected after undergoing an operation of the appendix last year. In August 2020 , I was told I had abdominal paralysis after operating from appendicitis. Doctors have told me there is no treatment in Mauritius and that I urgently need to go to India for operations if I want to get well. In March this year, I also suffered from a minor attack in the brain (possibly due to stress).
I am tired going everywhere, doing everything but I just cannot see any solution. Help me find a light at the end of the tunnel please.
