Car blast on Jammu and Kashmir highway near Banihal

A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) bus carrying CRPF soldiers suffered minor damage when a private car exploded after one of its gas cylinders caught fire on the Jammu and Kashmir Highway. Prima facie investigation confirmed that the blast was due a cylinder explosion. The traffic on the Jammu and Kashmir highway was stopped after the explosion occurred inside the car. As per the latest reports, no casualties were reported in the incident.
