The Lakme Fashion Week 2019 has officially started and Bollywood celebrities have been gracing the shows, walking the ramps for various celebrated designers. On Saturday 2nd February, which was the 4th day of the fashion week, celebrities like Kangana Ranaut, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Chitrangada Singh, Tahira Kashyap and other showstopped for many fashion designers.
Veteran actor Anil Kapoor was seen walking the ramp with niece and newbie Janhvi Kapoor for the famous designer Raghavendra Rathore. The duo was seen sporting black outfits, with Anil looking dapper in a “bandhgala” while Janhvi looked gorgeous in a gown. The show was a super hit, not only because the 62-year old actor got a chance to walk the ramp with his niece, but also because actor Ranveer Singh cheered for them from the front row.
It was an absolute treat for the audience to see the trio shake a leg when Ranveer was called up to the ramp by the designer. It was a lovely experience for all three of them. Ranveer and Anil had co-starred in Zoya Akhtar’s 2015 film Dil Dhadakne Do. They will be sharing screen space soon in Karan Johar’s Takht.
