Alia Bhatt purchases a new house in Mumbai for a staggering amount of 13 crores

Alia Bhatt is currently one of the most successful actresses in Bollywood. Banking on her critical and monetary success, quite literally, the actress has purchased a luxurious 2,300 square feet apartment in the suburban are of Juhu in Mumbai. This would be the actress’s third house in Juhu. The actress is heavily investing in property and seems to be making quite a hefty real estate purchase. The price notwithstanding, Alia Bhatt bought the apartment on the first floor of a high rise in Juhu.

Alia reportedly paid the double of the slated amount to secure the place. But according to some real estate agents, the price she paid was well within the bounds of the general real estate prices of the neighbourhood. With her meteoric success to back her up, Alia is definitely making some heavy investment decisions.

The actress currently lives in the Mumbai with her sister Shaheen Bhatt. With two more houses to design, we are sure Alia has enough on her plate. Besides, still getting applauded for her performance and success in Raazi, Alia would be looking forward to a great 2019, with the release of Gully Boy, Kalank and Brahmastra.
