Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (about 8 cups) cherries pitted and quartered
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice divided
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
