  • 1 lb rice flower Mochiko glutinous rice flour or sweet rice flour
  • 2 1/2 cups white Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablepsoon rum
  • 1 can coconut milk + enough milk to make 3 cups 3 cups includes coconut milk and milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • Sesame seeds
