Mauritius Badminton team makes the way to semi-finals

GIS – 25 July, 2019: The Mauritian badminton team gave remarkable performances, yesterday, in the quarter finals which took place at the Centre National de Badminton in Rose-Hill. The semi-finals are scheduled as from this morning. The scores of the categories are as follows:

Men’s single

·         Paul Georges Julien (Mauritius) scored 2-0 against Luo Jie from Seychelles.

 

·         Appiah Melvin (Mauritius) bagged a 2-0 faced with Bertil Loic (Reunion Island).

 

·         Bongout Jean Bernard Alexandre (Mauritius) won a 2-0 against Assing Aaron (Reunion Island).

 

Women’s single

 

·         Dookhee Kobita (Mauritius) scored 2-1 against Abdul Razaq Fathimath Nabaaha (Maldives).

 

·         Allet Aurelie (Mauritius) recorded 2-1 faced with Najeeb Neela Ahmed (Maldives).

 

Mixed doubles

 

·         Reunion Island 2-0 to Mauritius.

 

·         Maldives scored 2-1 to Mauritius.

 

·         Mauritius recorded 2-0 to Seychelles.

 

·         Mauritius scored 2-1 to Reunion Island.

 

Men’s doubles

 

·         Reunion Island 2-1 to Mauritius.

 

·         Mauritius scored 2-0 to Seychelles.

 

Women’s doubles

 

·         Mauritius won 2-0 to Reunion Island.

 

·         Mauritius recorded 2-0 to Reunion Island.
